The writing/drawing/experiential activities in the accompanying companion guides are designed to deepen, broaden, and enliven the rememberings presented in each letter. These are suggested guidelines only. There are so many other ways to benefit from these messages. For example, you might want to read a letter one day and do the activities the next day, giving yourSelf some breathing room, a bit more space to play in. Or you might want to go on field trips and engage in creative experiences on weekends, when perhaps you have more unstructured time. Then again, you may want to just open the book at random to read any letter and do the associated activities. There is no need to do them in order, and there is no need to do all of them. The really good news: there is no wrong way to use this book. Trust yourSelf!
